Decide whether or where to add remediation comments

Have you entered a split remediation summary within the report summary that identifies the remediated finding(s) and date when the remediation was validated?	NO	Enter your remediation summary with date and high level summary of what was observed.			Is finding truly remediated?

When validating the remediation for a specific finding does the finding have evidence supporting remediation?	NO	Enter remediation comments within the finding comments section and include a date with the comment.	Is there evidence that supports remediation validation?		Inform client of observation and include relevant evidence within portal.

Add relevant remediation evidence and place remediation notes for the finding within the associated evidence including date.		Ensure report is put into QA after performing remediation reporting.
