In an effort to be more clear with my career goals at Finance of America, I have created a detailed flow chart that based upon how things progress with my employment and with our branch will help navigate how I can expand upon opportunities within the company.

I want a position that is challenging, where I feel respected, valued, where what I do in makes a difference and will lead to a profitable, secure future.		Remain a Production Assistant, while always open to operation positions in the future.
