Step #4: Applicant goes to NOTARY Step #5 Applicant taken to INTERVIEW ROOM MONITOR. Applicant is escorted to cafeteria to fill out application. Does application meet minimum qualifications? YES CRITICAL ROOM MONITOR - Does applicant want to test at Job Fair? YES Applicant signs release for background check ROOM MONITOR seats applicant until interview panel is ready NO NO . RUNNER will tell applicant they did not qualify and to apply for other jobs with City. (Provide hand out of openings) SCHEDULER assigns day and time for applicant to take Critical at Bolt or Human Resouces Applicant takes Critical Test while CCH is ran on applicant INTERVIEW PANEL interviews applicant     Applicant returns to complete Critical Test at HR or Communications NO Did applicant pass Critical ? ROOM MONITOR will tabulate scores on spreadsheet YES       Does applicant pass CCH? After interview Room Monitor will tell applicant they will be notified by phone or mail about next step NO       CRITICAL MONITOR will take application and inform applicant someone will contact them for further processing
