Explain the operations plan for the Cash from Trash business.

Customers will see flyers around town and contact me by email.	I'll call the customer and set up a time to come by and pick up items, or they can drop it off to me if they want.	I'll come by and pick up the items, and the customer will pay the initial fee.	The item will be listed on eBay and managed until it's sold.	When it's sold, I'll document the sale and make necessary deductions in money.

I'll drop off the money along with a copy of the document, or they can pick it up if they want.
