Troubleshoot Kaleidescape playback                   Check in downstairs closet, is Kaleidescape player lit up and blue? YES Check upstairs closet and make sure Kaleidescape server is powered on and blue. Is it? YES Press the buttons on the universal remote or touch panel to select the Kaleidescape again. Do you see the movie display? YES You are done.   NO YES NO NO Is Kaleidescape player lit up amber? Flip down the door and turn on the unit with the power button. Does it come on and turn blue? Call Andy     NO YES NO Press power button on right of Kaleidescape player, does player come on and light up? YES Go back to the start of this flowchart. Check the power to the kaleidescape server and make sure there are no breakers tripped. Call Andy if needed further.     NO Make sure player is plugged in to power and make sure a breaker has not tripped. Call Andy if need further help.
