NLT 60 days: SGS enters suggested Rating Officials comments

NLT 60 days: SGS Logs OER into SGS OER tracker.

NLT 60 Days: SGS review DRAFT OER and forward to CW2 Freeman for administrative review.

NLT 60 days: Completed DRAFT OER is ready for the CG action. Following the CG action the rated Soldier will be notified via phone and e-mail that the OER is ready for their review and signature.

|
NLT 10 days or UTC: CW2 Freeman will submit the OER to HQDA. The OER status will be tracked until it has been accepted and processed into the SM records.

NLT 60 days: If corrections are required, the OFTS SGS will notify the MSC SGS.

NLT 45 days: DRAFT OER will be ready for the CG action. Following the CG action the rated Soldier will be notified via phone and e-mail that the OER is ready for their review and signature.
