The protectors of a dying world are fractured into twelve tribes vying for control. They are the Garou, the werewolves, born of both wolf and man but belonging to neither. Once united in purpose, they now bicker and struggle with each other as all of their past efforts have been overturned by an implacable foe: A force of nature known as the Wyrm. The Garou are dying out, their numbers dwindling away in battle against their foe and the end draws near for the twelve tribes. All Garou are needed for this battle against the encroaching darkness.
There are so few Garou left that it is considered a time of great joy when a "lost cub", a potential werewolf born of wolf or human was somehow lost by their tribe, is found. Each of the twelve tribes want such lost ones but only those which exemplify the values of their adopting tribe will truly excel. If you were a "lost cub", to which tribe would you truly belong?
