Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) pressured Republicans to name the specific crime they are accusing President Biden of as they proceed with their impeachment inquiry.

Ocasio-Cortez noted the recent arrest of a former FBI informant for lying to the agency, fabricating the claim that Biden accepted a bribe while vice president to take actions to benefit the Ukrainian energy company his son served on the board of.

“At this point, the story isn’t the fact that the basis of this impeachment inquiry is wrong. The story is, ‘Why it is proceeding anyway?’” she asked, saying Republicans have “no charges.”

Tony Bobulinski claimed he saw Joe Biden commit crimes. When pressed he offered “Rico” and “corruption” but could name any specific crimes.

You're an effin liar, Curt. I liked the part where he said, "Conspiracy." I think that he misspoke. I think he meant "EFFINconspiracy."

Conspiracy is not a crime either. I want conspired to throw my wife a surprise birthday party.

That's as stupid as asking your son the specific charges when he starts a dope case. Remember, this is "the INVESTIGATION." But AOC is also a willfully uninformed person.

Conspiracy is not a crime either. I want conspired to throw my wife a surprise birthday party.
Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act, along with an intent to achieve the agreement's goal. Most U.S. jurisdictions also require an overt act toward furthering the agreement. An overt act is a statutory requirement, not a constitutional one. See Whitfield v. United States, 453 U.S. 209 (2005). The illegal act is the conspiracy's "target offense.”

Ocasio-Cortez noted the recent arrest of a former FBI informant for lying to the agency, fabricating the claim that Biden accepted a bribe while vice president to take actions to benefit the Ukrainian energy company his son served on the board of.

I understand why AOC is interested in the CI that lied. Shame not on the CI, Shame on the FBI/DOJ. My question is; WTF don't you (and her) think the same thing about the FBI AGENTS THAT LIED ABOUT TRUMPSTER?🤔 You always come back and support their illegal activity. Yet you say you're "not" "anti-constitutional." That makes no sense to me. You're always supporting the illegal activity.😲

You'd have far more believability and integrity if you could choose either "Legal is good" or "illegal is good."

Curt's signature threads here involve taking something he has no firsthand knowledge of, misreported in the progressive SwampMedia, and beating his own private dead horse.

The classic that comes immediately is his quote of Fox News' Jessica Tarlov, that insane conservative host from The Five. Baha baha. I still don't think he even gets that'ne. Baha boohoo.

FYI, Curt. Right-wing media is ablaze showing and reshowing the exchange between the brainless ranter AOC and the patriotic hero, Tony Bobulinski.

    Keehee hoohoo heehee ha, ahhhhhhhhhhh.
