Even FOX News knows the real source of who said Robert E. Lee would have won in Afghanistan:

Trump claimed Lee would have won the war in Afghanistan
Trump went on to claim Lee was more skilled than current U.S. generals, writing, "Our culture is being destroyed and our history and heritage, both good and bad, are being extinguished by the Radical Left, and we can't let that happen! If only we had Robert E. Lee to command our troops in Afghanistan, that disaster would have ended in a complete and total victory many years ago. What an embarrassment we are suffering because we don't have the genius of a Robert E. Lee!"

Does it need to be said that Lee lost the Civil War? Also only racists lament the fading of their "history and heritage" in reference to those who fought to preserve and promote slavery.

Rita Panahi certainly knew that Trump was the one who originally wrote that Robert E. Lee would have been victorious in Afghanistan and that Biden was merely commenting on what Trump wrote. That Rupert Murdoch employee said she'd write a check to anybody who can "decipher" what Biden was referring too. Deciphering wasn't necessary. The reference is obvious to non-cultists such as island and myself. Panahi gave herself an escape clause: she omitted the all important dollar amount of that she'd write the check for.
