Biden may malaprop now and again but he doesn't offer longwinded, harebrained suggestions like Trump does.
Trump here is talking about getting water from "the north" to "dampen the forests" in California. I have no idea of what "north" he thinks he can get free water from. It's not Oregon, Washington or even British Columbia where we have our own draught and forest fires.
His idiotic suggestion about "forest dampening" reminds me when he was suggesting "injecting' disinfectant" into people to fight Covid.
