In one of the stupidest applications of chutzpah I have ever heard of Jeffrey Clark sent a letter to the judge in his case, demanding the judge’s response with a deadline. The judge ignored the deadline and Clark’s demand. The judge ignored the deadline, but he may not forget it.
Most criminal defendants avoid pissing the judge off. Jeffrey Clark is learning from his boss and codefendant’s bad example. Defendant number one has no problem seemingly to go up to and beyond the line of the judge’s instructions.
Of course, if these people did not have an inflated sense of entitlement, they wouldn’t have attempted to undermine America’s election with their preferred candidate.
