I will have egg on my face. To think that I thought Donald Trump was simply lying when he said "frankly" he did the win the election. I don't know how I could have been so wrong in believing that Joe Biden won the 2020 election fair and square. Islander, Donna, Ponderer I hope you will have the integrity to admit that we were wrong and that HtS and OD were right about Trump being the actual winner and that the election was rigged.

I am glad that Trump will provide the irrefutable proof next Monday, but I wish he had presented it before the 60 court cases he lost and all the recounts and "forensic audits" that showed Biden won the election by getting more electoral votes.

Please don't rub it in too much, HtS and OD, by saying "I told you so".

Trump vows to release ‘irrefutable’ report exonerating him in Georgia election-tampering case
WASHINGTON — Donald Trump claimed Tuesday he will share an “irrefutable” report next week proving there was 2020 presidential election fraud after being indicted for allegedly tampering with the race’s results in Georgia.

The former president announced on Truth Social that he will present the “CONCLUSIVE Report” to the media at a press event Monday in Bedminster, NJ, where his Trump National Golf Club just hosted a Saudi-backed LIV golf tournament over the weekend.

“A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week,” the current leading 2024 GOP presidential contender wrote.

CURSES! Since he said that it's irrefutable, we can't refute it!!!

  2. by Ponderer on August 16, 2023 11:53 am

Oh well. I'm at least looking forward to reading this irrefutable report when it becomes available. Not that I'll be able to refute it or anything. I'll just have to accept it as the irrefutable proof that it will be without any doubt or question.

  3. by Ponderer on August 16, 2023 11:58 am

One question though, if I can beg your pardon.

How does any report about anything negate the fact that he still committed all those felonies. Is he thinking that anything in any "report" can alter the fact that he still committed all those felonies he is indicted for.

Is he going to try to use this "report" as some sort of alibi...? Because that would be remarkably stupid. Even for him.

  4. by Ponderer on August 16, 2023 4:03 pm

Well I'm scooping everyone right here!

I have it on good authority that on Monday, Trump is going to announce that his new commemorative "I REALLY WON!!!" 1oz. BU .999 Silver Coins are NOW ON SALE!!! And for only $499.00 +tax each! Get 'em while they last! (Limit of one hundred coins per order).

  7. by Ponderer on August 17, 2023 11:42 am

By the way, that .999 BU* 1oz. silver coin is literally for sale on Ebay for $89.95 plus tax and shipping.

The spot price for silver right now is $22.68 so... Yeah! Whatta deal!

    * BU stands for Brilliant Uncirculated. Yeah, nofuckingduh they are uncirculated.

Oh well, we will just have to wait for Trump's "irrefutable" proof of a rigged 2020 election.

Trump cancels news conference to release report on 2020 election

Trump's legal advisers urge him to cancel press conference to refute Georgia allegations: Sources

Trump had announced a plan to release info on alleged election interference.

“Rather than releasing the Report on the Rigged & Stolen Georgia 2020 Presidential Election on Monday, my lawyers would prefer putting this, I believe, Irrefutable & Overwhelming evidence of Election Fraud & Irregularities in formal Legal Filings as we fight to dismiss this disgraceful Indictment,” he wrote on his social media site Thursday evening. He added, “Therefore, the News Conference is no longer necessary!”

po #3- How does any report about anything negate the fact that he still committed all those felonies.

Honest question. please name the felonies. There have been so many "charged" that have been false, or unable to be proven in court, I'm just wondering which ones you're talking about.

  11. by Ponderer on August 18, 2023 8:36 pm

"Honest question. please name the felonies." -olde dude

Do I HAVE to...? I mean, there's ninety one of them. How 'bout I just link you to one site that lists them all... 'K...?

And all these charges have pretty solid, beyond a reasonable doubt kinda evidence, so I'm not sure what charges you were referring to.

Trump criminal charges: Here are all 91 felony counts against the former president across 4 cases

Yahoo News breaks down exactly what Trump is being charged with in each case as well as the judges, prosecutors, co-defendants and key dates as he awaits trial.

For the fourth time in five months, former President Donald Trump will soon be back inside a courtroom, this time in Georgia, where a grand jury indicted Trump and 18 others on racketeering charges for allegedly orchestrating a “criminal enterprise” to subvert his 2020 election loss in the state.

Trump and all of his co-defendants — including his former lawyer Rudy Giuiliani and White House chief of staff Mark Meadows — were charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis with violating Georgia’s RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act, a statute that is often used against organized crime enterprises.

It’s just one of the 13 felony counts Trump is facing in Georgia — and one of the 91 counts across the four cases in which he has been charged.

Below is a breakdown of what Trump is being charged with along with the names of those prosecuting him, his co-defendants, judges overseeing them and key dates in each case.

"It never ceases to amaze me as I observe how unabashedly and viciously you reject the liberties granted to all of our citizens by our Bill of Rights. " -Hate

    ?

    Okay. I'll bite.

What liberties granted by the Bill of Rights am I viciously rejecting? And please, be as voluminously thorough and detailed in your explanation as possible......

  14. by HatetheSwamp on August 19, 2023 7:01 am

Read the EFFINBill of Rights, po. Do the words, INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY ring a bell with you?

My guess is that they do but you've already grabbed the noose and actual justice under the law doesn't matter with you...as far as Trump is concerned.

  15. by Ponderer on August 19, 2023 7:22 am

Really? Is that what you were talking about? 🙄

Bill, I am not a court of law. I am not a prosecutor or a judge in a court of law. I have absolutely no legal power whatsoever to establish anyone's legal standing in any court in the land. But I am allowed to have whatever very non-legally binding opinion on the case or the charges or any criminal defendant's guilt or innocence that I've a mind to. I mean...

I mean come on! Apparently, haven't you yourself apparently been rejecting Joe Biden's civil rights by asserting how guilty he is? There is no doubt in your mind about his guilt. And you have been running into the ground just how guilty you believe he is. And you don't even have any evidence to base it on! But I'm denying Trump's protected civil rights?

Jesus Christ, Bill. Can't you stop being such a shamelessly boundless hypocrite just for one day? To give us a breather? You know?

  16. by Curt_Anderson on August 19, 2023 7:38 am
    Ponderer,
As a patriotic American, HtS will not permit anybody’s reputation to be unfairly tarnished. But it is not just Donald Trump who he is concerned about. He is protecting all the people who we must presume to be innocent, including Adolf Hitler, Osama bin Laden, the suspects in the mass killings at Columbine, Sandy, Hook, Uvalde, and many other schools, whoever was involved in Jimmy Hoffa‘s disappearance, and the many more people who were convicted in the court of public opinion, but never had a chance to defend their innocence in a court of law.

HtS does draw the line with Joe Biden, who he not only presumes to be guilty but he presumes there is crime that Joe Biden should be tried for.

  17. by Ponderer on August 19, 2023 7:54 am

    *sigh*

You're right, Curt. I shouldn't be so rough with him. Being a hypocrite is just as much of a foundational aspect of Hate's very being as much as his projection and lying are.

Bill, you know good and god damned well that you have been proclaiming Joe Biden's criminality for ages in here.

It's so disgusting the way you MAGA Hats go on and on about something and when you are called on it, you play like you have no idea what anyone is talking about. It's one of the prime reasons why you need to gofuck yourself.

  20. by Curt_Anderson on August 19, 2023 10:02 am
    Ponderer,
Apparently inveterate liars have a kinship and understanding of other inveterate liars. Unless a person is steeped in mendacity themselves how else can you explain their tolerance of Trump's barrage of lies?

You, me and others who hew closely to the truth knew that Trump was lying when he said that he would present "irrefutable" evidence of election interference this coming Monday. Apparently the people who have voted for him and/or are willing to vote for him in 2024 were not bothered by his obvious and ridiculous lie.

  21. by Ponderer on August 19, 2023 7:33 pm

That's pretty much what I figured, Curt. It's sort of a primal... tribal thing basic to the lower reptilian forms of human nature. They recognize their tribe and others belonging to it by the lies they tell and are in league with each other to defend each other's lies. Essentially, they wipe the blood from each other's hands and that way they are ALL clean!

Bill, you know good and god damned well that you have been proclaiming Joe Biden's criminality for ages in here.

    Nuh uh.

    Wow! No. EFFINno!!!!!

In fact, I've noted repeatedly that "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" may very well be impeached...which ain't criminal. It's purely political.

pb honestly suspects that you're incapable of knowing the difference between you and OD and pb. A wacked Swamplib prosecutor writes up an indictment against Trump and, for you, he's guilty and it's time to grab the noose and rally the mob.

For us?, there are documents and there is eyewitness testimony under EFFINoath that the Former Truck Driver lied about his involvement with Hunter and his shady business practices...

    ...and, we support an investigation.

    Big EFFINdifference. Huuuuuuuuuge difference.

pb thinks there's good reason to suspect that the Flatulent Fool committed serious crimes. But, always and for everyone. For OD and pb?, innocent until proven guilty.

But, impeach "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of [EFFIN] crap?," based on proven lies? That's a big 10-4. Already.

  24. by HatetheSwamp on August 20, 2023 3:44 am

It's so disgusting the way you MAGA Hats go on and on about something and when you are called on it,...

As always, po, when you do this lie... which you seem to find irresistible, I note,...

    Translation:

    I have TDS!
    I have TDS!
    I have TDS!
    I have TDS!
    I have TDS!

You're silly. Ridiculous, really. But you are EFFINconsistent.

    Bahahahahahahahahahaha baha baha baha!

Except, possibly, for tuk, all of is know that Trump is despicable.

And, we are laughing that your only reply to evidence of "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap's" dementia...and increasingly apparent impeachable behavior is to sing, [to the tune of Row Row Row your boat]:

    Trump Trump Trump is bad.
    Nasty things Trump did.
    Carefully, carefully do we watch.
    Nuthin will be hid.

Bahahahahahahahahahaha keehee heehee hoohoo hoohoo hoohoo heehee heehee hoo haha haha baha baha, ahhhhhhhhhhh!
