But Hunter Biden's laptop!

(New York Times)Wealth funds in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar have invested hundreds of millions of dollars with Jared Kushner’s private equity firm, according to people with knowledge of the transactions, joining Saudi Arabia in backing the venture launched by former President Donald J. Trump’s son-in-law as he left the White House.

The infusion of money from interests in the two rival Persian Gulf monarchies reflects the continued efforts by Mr. Trump and his aides and allies to profit from the close ties they built to the Arab world during his presidency and the desire of leaders in the region to remain on good terms with Mr. Kushner as his father-in-law seeks the presidency again.

So the government needs to at the very least, do an investigation on the companies to see if they're tied to any CFIUS listings. Run the money back to the receiver. If that's Kushner, a company, or whatever. Then show the money out from there and his appropriate taxes.
Like pedojoe and junior, the white nosed crackhead, it takes time.

So. curt. What do you have besides "but look at you, look at you!?" explain it first in legal terms, meaning what law do you think he violated, what implication does that have and what statute are you using. I don't ask you to provide the same information I have provided to you.

  2. by Curt_Anderson on April 1, 2023 6:44 pm
I don't know of any laws that Kushner or Hunter Biden violated. But if Hunter is guilty of anything in regards to payments he received from a foreign company, then Kushner probably is guilty too.

  3. by oldedude on April 1, 2023 9:19 pm
I've listed crimes we have from the Treasury dept. for Hunter. If you can't prove a crime, it didn't happen. Period.

So you have nothing is what you're saying. You have nothing even that say how the structuring was done, and where the money came from and how it got to them and what they did for it. That's fresh. Start singing Leads song now. It'll save you until you actually find something that isn't your "feelings" of hatred towards the family. Come back when you have something.

They weren't my "feelings." I would go to court with them. The articles listed the the SAR activity. From that, I know there are CTRs, but those aren't talked about until evidence is presented. The movement of money is the key. CTRs are a start, then subpoenas for banking records. This isn't rocket science, but it IS an almost painful process of 1. Reviewing the SARs. Who, what, when, how much, originator, receiver, and ultimate receiver (in your case). 2. Getting the CTRs that are listed on the SARs to show the movement of those funds from one entity to another. At this time, you could start putting a case together, understanding you're waiting for the banking records for your "evidence." 3. Requesting and receiving the bank records, photos, etc that will be used in court. Ensuring these records match with the FinCEN forms. That information would be done by an "officer of the court." So someone that is trained at forensic evidence. DOJ/ FBI/Treasury (inclusive) have these folks. This process takes sometimes almost a year to get finalized for trial.

According to the law, it's a CCE (or a RICO, but that's up to the USAI) and they are all involved with money laundering, laying, braiding, and structuring funds, using one or more shell or shelf companies to layer these funds. Structuring money (splitting up the funds to make it "appear they are not related" is a crime that doesn't need a predicate act or crime to charge under 31 U.S. Code § 5324). Structuring money also automatically makes the money "illicit funds."

Curt- there is something I do need to say. I'm going to set some things up to clarify my stances.

Let's start this by saying I am a senior financial analyst with FinCEN (was all true). I am dragged into the "boss's (the SES) office." I am given two requests from another agency. On the face of, the descriptions are nearly identical. The names are changed but that's about it.

SITUATION 1. The information given is the information you have on Trump family. I would do a quick perusal of the cases. I would tell my director BOTH of them should be looked at. They are equal in scope, and I can't tell anything else without running both cases.

SITUATION 2. The information I'm given is the information we have on biden's. Both cases need to be looked at as an active case. Who are we going to work with from the requesting agency? and "we" (meaning I) need to contact them.

AFTER THIS. I would ask for another analyst to look at one case, and I'd look at the other. He tells me to pick one. I ask him to pick one (I'm a bureaucrat and he knows the political landscape and which to look at first). So I'm not going to decide based on either case. HE needs to tell me what I should do so in case it's the wrong one, I'm not caught.

SITREP in two weeks (he tells me one week) and I trot over to my desk.

I know that's long, so the short version is: if given the same information about both, I think they are equal cases with an equal amount of potential information. We have to see what pans out.

My guess is that if there were something, the dims/DOJ would have already had this information. It's been two years. They had the house and the senate and the executive office. They could have done this before. Why didn't they?
Those questions are moot as more comes out.

Here are some of the people in the Trump crime family who have been charged with crimes. Some have already served time in prison. Some are in or awaiting prison. In addition to Trump's friends and associates, Trump himself and his own children have collectively take the Fifth thousands of times. The Fifth Amendment is a constitutional right, but it's not usually invoked by honest citizens with nothing to hide.

Just because you're being a dick.

Ghislaine Maxwell SAID she was at a party that he was at. otherwise they kinda ran in the same circles but she didn't know him.

Oh, FYSA, "Flight logs show Bill Clinton flew on sex offender's jet much more than previously known"

Former President Bill Clinton was a much more frequent flyer on a registered sex offender’s infamous jet than previously reported, with flight logs showing the former president taking at least 26 trips aboard the “Lolita Express” -- even apparently ditching his Secret Service detail for at least five of the flights, according to records obtained by FoxNews.com.

Clinton’s presence aboard Jeffrey Epstein’s Boeing 727 on 11 occasions has been reported, but flight logs show the number is more than double that, and trips between 2001 and 2003 included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including “Tatiana.” The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile,” said Conchita Sarnoff, of the Washington, D.C. based non-profit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, and author of a book on the Epstein case called "TrafficKing." “Why would a former president associate with a man like that?”

So if you want to throw "stuff" I'm up. Except I don't have the Complete and utter hatred you do. I didn't even have that much utter contempt and hatred for the people I shot protecting (mostly) others and myself.

Did you want to provide a comparable list of the jailbirds in the "Biden crime family"? After all, you made the comparison between the Trumps and the Bidens.

first, in your picture, notice Malinia is with Trump. The two don't know each other well.
Trump's brother hates him, so there's that. Trump took over the business, his brother didn't. That's a multibillion dollar deal.

Sure, so lets compare. Biden gave his brother a $20 BILLION deal for housing in Iraq. In 2009, the year Joe Biden took office as vice president, a local business executive met the politician’s younger brother, Frank, at a Starbucks in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and later asked him to become the president and front man for a fledgling charter school venture.

Frank Biden, a longtime real estate developer in the state, accepted the offer, and over the years, he touted his famous last name and prominent connections in Washington to help land the company a series of charter contracts from local officials in Florida to open charter schools, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars over a five-year period from the company in the process.

MORE: The Note: Biden family ties set for scrutiny among Democrats
In media interviews at the time, Frank Biden was unabashed – calling his last name “a tremendous asset” because of the family’s record of “taking care of people who need help,” and telling people it brought him “automatic acceptance” as he sought government approvals for the for-profit Mavericks in Education.

I've only brought this up a dozen times. it's illegal and pedojoe should have released himself from any contract with the government if his brother was in the mix. THATS how things are supposed to work.

So starting with the Chinese, which the dims are famous for leaking to (little nancy, fang fang and the circles she was fukking around with, including In 2009, the year Joe Biden took office as vice president, a local business executive met the politician’s younger brother, Frank, at a Starbucks in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and later asked him to become the president and front man for a fledgling charter school venture.

Here’s What We Know About Rep. Swalowell's Connection To A Suspected Chinese Spy
Swalowell was one of many politicians who associated with suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang (who also went by Christine Fang), but most were lower level officials—mayors or local council members— according to an extensive Axios report detailing Fang’s infiltration of American political circles.

Fang helped raise funds for Swalowell's 2014 House re-election campaign, and had an intern hired to Swalwell’s Congressional office after receiving her recommendation.

Fang reportedly continued work as a “bundler” for Swalwell, convincing high-money donors to write big checks for the campaign, before unexpectedly leaving the U.S. in mid-2015 after living in the country for four years, amid an ongoing U.S. intelligence investigation into her activities.

House Oversight Republicans said in a new memo issued Thursday that members of President Joe Biden’s family received just over $1 million indirectly from a Chinese company – the committee’s latest disclosure in its investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings.

The memo, which representatives for the White House and Hunter Biden’s legal team quickly dismissed, does not provide any evidence tying the payments directly to President Joe Biden, which Republicans have said is the purpose of their investigation.

The memo names Hallie Biden, the widow of the president’s son Beau Biden, as a previously unknown recipient of payments from Biden family associate John Robinson Walker, who wired members of Biden’s family money after receiving $3 million a China-based company. Hallie Biden and Hunter Biden, the president’s younger son, were romantically involved for a period after Beau Biden’s death. The House Oversight Committee quietly subpoenaed Bank of America for the financial records of three of Hunter Biden’s associates, including Walker, on February 27, which is how it obtained these records.

It is not just the emails and other material on Hunter’s abandoned laptop that point to Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s multimillion-dollar global influence-peddling schemes when he was vice president.

There is also the six-hour interview Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski gave to the FBI last year, along with a trove of documents, emails and encrypted messages.

Bobulinski has publicly named Joe Biden as the “Big Guy,” referenced in emails, whose 10% equity in a joint venture with Chinese energy company CEFC was held for him by Hunter.

On Hunter, Howard, James, Frank and Valerie.
Political figures have long used their families to route power and benefits for their own self-enrichment. In my new book, “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” one particular politician — Joe Biden — emerges as the king of the sweetheart deal, with no less than five family members benefiting from his largesse, favorable access and powerful position for commercial gain. In Biden’s case, these deals include foreign partners and, in some cases, even US taxpayer dollars.

The Biden family’s apparent self-enrichment involves five family members: Joe’s son Hunter, son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.

When this subject came up in 2019, Biden declared, “I never talked with my son or my brother or anyone else — even distant family — about their business interests. Period.”

As we will see, this is far from the case …

Has the penny finally dropped for CNN? Anchor Erin Burnett admits bank transactions revealing Biden's family members received more than $1m in Chinese cash 'don't look good'
The CNN host admitted that the Biden family's money funneling activities don't look good to outside observers
It was recently revealed by the House Oversight Committee that various members of the Biden family were paid more than $1million in 2017
The money came from a business associate of Hunter Biden's who had entered into a deal with a Chinese energy company

Biden family makes ‘admission of corruption’ in foreign business deals: China expert
After President Biden claimed allegations of family payments from Hunter Biden’s business associate are "not true," one China expert and author has signaled an "admission of corruption" from the First Family.

"The spokesperson for Hunter Biden's legal team said that, oh, this is okay because this was seed money, good faith seed money," Gatestone Institute senior fellow Gordon Chang said on "Mornings with Maria" Monday. "Now, in these types of transactions, nobody pays millions of dollars without a contract."

On Thursday, GOP lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee revealed that they had obtained bank documents showing that the president's son, Hunter, the president's brother, Jim, and Hallie Biden, the widow of the president's late son, Beau, received payments from Hunter's business associate Rob Walker and their joint venture with Chinese energy firm CEFC.

A spokesperson for Hunter Biden's legal team confirmed the payments Thursday, but emphasized that the recipients' accounts "belonged to Hunter, his uncle and Hallie – nobody else."

Yes, Joe Biden is compromised by his family's shady foreign dealingsNot to be outdone, Joe Biden’s brother James and sister-in-law Sara cashed in as well, creating an international financial web that Politico a full year ago dubbed “Biden Inc.” Finally, and rather sickeningly, the new report shows multiple payments from Hunter to Russian and Eastern European women suspected of links to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

The legality of some of these dealings is at least questionable. But the ethical stench is undeniable. And while a father is not responsible for the actions of his grown son, Joe Biden’s role as at least a silent enabler raises serious questions about his judgment, not to mention his susceptibility, at least at the margins, to forms of foreign emotional blackmail.

The Senate committees’ report is a compelling account of Biden Inc., and even then, it isn’t exhaustive — because it alludes to plenty of other disturbing material related to Hunter’s dealings with China that remain to be analyzed. But what’s there already should concern every voter enough as it is. The dealings of Hunter, James, Sara, and Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer involved arrangements not just with multiple Chinese government-controlled entities and the People’s Liberation Army but also with corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs, the wife of Moscow’s former mayor, and a Kazakh power player, with millions upon millions of dollars flowing among numerous Biden family and foreign holdings.

None of this is immaterial to Joe Biden’s fitness for the presidency. As his son sought all this business with Chinese entities, the vice president ferried Hunter Biden on Air Force Two when Joe took a diplomatic mission to China. Again, Hunter Biden was no child accompanying his father: He was a wheeler-dealer adult with no obviously legitimate role on the trip. Hunter Biden emerged afterward with a deal estimated to approach $1.5 billion, of which an unknown amount apparently entered his own pockets as the deal’s broker.

Joe Biden should be forced to explain why he took his son on that trip and also why he didn’t ask him to avoid such sketchy financial arrangements with elements of a communist, largely hostile major global rival.

Meanwhile, the report makes clear what Washington Examiner writers long have explained — namely that Hunter Biden’s membership on the board of the Ukraine-centered Burisma company created significant headaches for U.S. diplomacy. With Joe Biden as the Obama administration’s point man on Ukraine, two top diplomats told the vice president’s team (or, once, the vice president directly) that his son’s position created “the perception of a conflict of interest” and “enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.”

Biden knew full well of his son’s board service, but he did not recuse himself from heading the administration’s Ukraine-related efforts. In failing to recuse himself, he showed woefully deficient judgment. A supposed statesman as experienced as Biden obviously knows that merely by trumpeting connections to powerful U.S. officials, corrupt foreign actors can leverage those connections for favors or for immunity from sanction or prosecution — even if the American official is genuinely pushing anti-corruption measures, as Biden did in Ukraine. In other words, the son’s business dealings might have directly retarded the father’s legitimate goals for U.S. foreign policy.

There is no good excuse for Joe Biden’s ethical blindness about his son’s and his brother’s sleazy foreign profiteering. It is not enough to say that the vice president himself neither profited from those dealings nor deliberately changed U.S. policy because of them. Due to the very nature of those business arrangements, Joe’s tacit enabling of them necessarily compromised U.S. interests. In terms of moral capital, the damage continues still.

That was a lot to read through, OD! But I didn't see any mention of any Biden family criminal convictions. I listed more than a dozen Trump-connected felons.

You wrote, "The CNN host [Erin Burnett] admitted that the Biden family's money funneling activities don't look good to outside observers". Not "looking good" doesn't constitute a crime. The headline of this thread doesn't make Kushner "look good". As I said above regarding that, I am not aware that any laws that were broken. Obviously if there was any Trump quid pro quo for those Gulf $100's of millions then it's criminal.

Some of the Biden family activity capitalized on Joe Biden's fame. That sort of familial exploitation is common in politics, Hollywood and the business world. Maybe it's unethical, but not illegal. But you will lose the argument if you want to compare Biden family ethics with the Trump family's ethical behavior. If you can prove Biden bribery, then you have something that's criminal. Banks suspicious activity reports is not proof of wrongdoing.

Nobody who operates ethically is involved in many lawsuits. Trump was named in at least 169 suits in federal court. In the 1,300 cases where the record establishes the outcome, Trump settled 175 times, lost 38, won 450, and had another 137 cases end with some other outcome. In the other 500 cases, the cases were dismissed. Can you think of anybody besides Trump who has a Wikipedia entry just for their legal affairs? This doesn't even count all the suppliers and contractors who Trump stiffed, but were not in a position to get into a legal battle with Trump.

At some point, when a person (like Trump) is constantly suing, being sued and they are close to more than dozen people who have been convicted of some serious crimes, not to mention being under criminal investigation in four different cases you have to realize that they are probably a crook.

Nepotism, especially regarding contracts in the Federal Government is illegal according to OPM regulations. This has been brought up at least a dozen times and you've always diverted and made excuses for it with pedojoe. There's a good reason for it being illegal and immoral. If pedojoe weren't out trying to sniff some girls' hair, or shower with his daughter, he would have recused himself from that hiring process. And yet, what's interesting is that he did it several times as VP (especially).

I remember when Palin was running and the left made it a routine to sue her for anything they wanted to. The point was to chickenshit her out of the race. It worked. Funny. All the lawsuits were dropped the day after she announced. What did she do? Ran for elected office. That was her crime.

This gets tiresome, eh, OD. Our TDSers, as do all TDSers, need the people they argue with to be Good Germans for Trump.

You ain't. I ain't. And, that interferes with the conversation. When we speak truth about the Biden Crime Family, for instance,...

    BUT TRUMP, BUT TRUMP!!!!!...

...isn't an effective, or relevant, response.

    Eh?

Trump can be a scoundrel independent of Biden, and vice-versa.

  17. by oldedude on April 3, 2023 4:13 am
I was just thinking about that. It's a pain to defend the name "Trump" for sure. WHat I find though are the reasons for the wannabe sexual relationship for pedojoe is sickening. I thought I put out my reasoning for the cases as I see it was pretty clear. Given the two cases and what we know about each, I think investigating both are worth their salt. I find it strange that less is known about Trump though... Kinda like the Russian Collusion Fiasco which I think they STILL believe is true. Or maybe they use the dossier for their porn. I'm not really sure. But I didn't completely agree with curt. Ergo, his utter hatred comes out to me in the exhibition we saw. Oh well.

I'm not really happy trump is gaining in the polls, but the sheep are creating that rise. I also think they're happy about that. I think they "assume" our bench is much like theirs. Shallow and non-existent. Honestly, who do they have?

The Chinese bank that peddojr used to launder the money was actually the whistleblower on the financial crimes, which is pretty funny. AND know the CCP held that as a trap to the pedofamily. It was a trap they got to set and they knew what they were doing 20-30 years ago. They knew at some point the family was going to be of no use to them. Like the sheep, anything to use people for their cause is the standing rule.

I despise Trump, as you know. And, I support Ron DeSantis for President.

And, I don't get how saying, TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP!, justifies anything about "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap."

  19. by oldedude on April 3, 2023 8:41 am
I think in their "minds" it does. Remember the prison of two ideas? If you don't like pedojoe, you MUST (by default) LOVE trump. I think it would be a really sad life to live if everything you are centered around is someone you hate. I mean, how meaningless can that be?

  20. by HatetheSwamp on April 3, 2023 11:53 am

To be fair to the TDSers, if it comes down to Trump and "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" in November 024, BUT TRUMP, BUT TRUMP!, will be appropriate. But, as the truths about the Biden Crime Family fiascos are revealed, it won't matter how despicable Trump is. The Former Trucker will be on his own.
