More than a little bit interesting. I wonder what the sheeple will say as they cling to their "guns of insurrection" "beliefs" and bibles of lies. Time to absolutely mock them at every turn!

The most horrible thing is to imprison these folks without bail for months while murderers get let out before the police reports are done. It's an insult to our legal system, and something I thought would only happen in a dictatorial third world shthole country. Oh. Maybe that's what we are now...

Okay. I watched it. What is it about it that you think changes any of the actual crimes that were committed that day?

You and Tucker seem to think that finding footage of criminals on the scene not in the act of committing crimes out of 44,000 hours of footage somehow disproves all the footage of them actually committing crimes. And there are no time signatures on any of it, so we don't know when these scenes took place.

This is pretty much the flaming bullshit that we expected from Carlson. We knew that he would show endless footage of criminals not engaged in overtly criminal actions and try to make a case that therefore, there weren't really any crimes committed at all. He figures that if he shows lots of footage of criminals not committing any crimes, the "logical" conclusion he expects his gullible fans to make is that they must have never committed any crimes!

But you know, if you watch the video with Tucker's commentary turned down, it is still all pretty damning. It's all about the spin he's desperate to put on it all.

But I will admit that the footage of the horny Q guy with the police around him is worth investigating. But again, we have no idea when that footage was taken and it's entirely out of context at this point and could mean lots of things besides what Tucker wants it to mean. It's fairly well understood that there were some in the Capitol police and even in the FBI and the Secret Service who were pro-Trump and favorable to the violent overthrow of the government and didn't do much to stop any of it. So yeah, maybe some additional investigations and indictments of some Capitol police officers are called for. I'll give you that.

And isn't it interesting that the actions of the Proud Boys and other heavily armed paramilitary there, whose violent attack on the Capitol was totally organized and premeditated, didn't rate any mention or inclusion in Tucker's version of reality?

Oh wait! Here's a portion of a video showing one of the Proud Boys waiting peacefully to use the restroom! He couldn't have committed a violent coup against the United States government if he was waiting in line to use the restroom! Such is Tucker's intelligence-insulting idiocy. And you gullible idiots are gonna lap it up like pudding.

It kind of reminds me how at one point Trump's defense against the accusations of him having raped several women was to present testimonies of several other women who declared that he never raped them. What kind of nonsensical defense is that?

Anyway, I actually can't wait for Tucker's next fantastical installment.

And don't forget to watch for him showing Congress members smiling or laughing when they are supposedly in fear for their lives as I predicted he will. I'm still telling you that's coming...

Then, there's the reality that the J6 Committee did that nearly two year long Stalin song and dance and ended trying to make something out of what Trump did NOT do for 187 minutes. Add 2 + 2. Based on Tucker’s video, we now know that there's no Dem Swampcult there there and plenty of Kevin McCarthy there there.

Like that's some big amazing accomplishment? The vast majority of the surveillance footage would naturally be that of people just mulling around, going from one point to another.

This event was hours long, and you think there is something special about every minute of it not showing insurrectionists committing violent acts? Unless they were committing crimes on every frame of footage of every moment they spent there the entire time, they therefore never committed any crimes? Even if there is tons of footage showing them blatantly committing crimes???

There is insurmountable video and tons of other evidence of a violent coup being attempted at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Tucker's asinine, propagandized bullshit in no way surmounts it.

Exactly. Every criminal could produce examples of themselves NOT engaged in criminal activity. That doesn't exonerate them.

My theory about the 020 Summer of Love is that many of today's progressives were wishing they could have been around for the Vietnam riots. Wacked out libs think about those riots with extreme romanticism.

Of course a video of people acting non-criminally doesn't negate their criminal activity and isn't a defense. As I said Ponderer is right. That goes for any rioter, vandals, trespassers...any sort of lawbreakers.

On top of that, Tucker has so far has produced only a few minutes of benign January 6th activity out of 44,000 hours of video footage. Until he shows a Democratic member of Congress breaking windows and doors, assaulting police, stealing a lectern, or smearing feces on the walls, I am not impressed.

By the way, any minuscule shred of professional respect Tucker Carlson's may have had left is being torn to even smaller shreds by actual journalists and real newscasters over his ludicrous revision of history. Yeah, not surprising though. The issue with the J6 "selective editing" is being brought up by the dimes, which is pretty interesting. Even they are a little taken back at the abject lying and fiasco this was.

I think the entertainment contractor they hired did exactly what they were told to do. "Sell us on the idea these people should be in prison and ensure Trump was the facilitator of insurrection, attempted revolution and takeover of the US government."

Ah yes. The "truth" we now know from the less than four cherry picked MINUTES of actual footage he has so far presented out of 40,000+ hours of footage at his disposal. And he still hasn't shown us anything meaningful at all. Not even close. He's presented less than four minutes of tape and filled it out with an hour or more of commentary over the last couple days trying to convince his audience that it means what they want to think it means. This is not "news". It's pure, unadulterated propaganda.

On the flip side, all the J6 Committee had to do was show just a small sampling of the thousands of hours of footage of the wide spread violence on that day for it to be blatantly obvious that this wasn't just some "demonstration that got a little rowdy".

Tucker and Fox are nothing but flagrant propagandists. Period.
