Check out the brief video. Ari Melber said this with a straight face. ERs across the country are filled with people on the right who have injuries caused by repeated, uncontrollable knee slapping.

Can you believe that anyone who's informed saying this idiocy, but he did...and the right has exploded in laughter. .

I have my own thoughts but, obviously, I'm not progressive.

    I've had a Twitter account for many years, but I almost never use it.

    Billionaires and multi-billion dollar corporations already own our government that's supposedly of, by and for the people, so I suppose there's no harm if a megalomanic authoritarian billionaire takes over an influential social media platform.

    That you don't understand that is indicative of how poorly educated you are on that issue. Those lobbyists in Washington haven't collectively spent hundreds of billions of dollars on nothing over the years. They're getting results. Money talks. It's how the world works. Unfortunately.

    Donna, I too have had a Twitter account for several years but have only looked at once or twice over these years. I think both sides are trying to get some use out this. Personally, I don't much give a hoot about it.
