Obtain one cellulose acetate gel and hold it by the edges. (the dull surface is the cellulose acetate medium)

On in shiny surface place a (-) sign on the top center and a (1) on the top right. Also indicate the groups cultivar on the bottom

|
Lower the gel into the beaker at one cm per second! and let the beaker and gel soak for 20 minutes.
