All three people before the Senate Armed Services Committee told the same truth and they all busted Joe for telling a whopper to George Stephanopoulos during that famous interview.
I believe that Joe has dementia. Note that blank look in his eye during his answer. Joe's brain's cooked. I'm certain that he was being earnest.
Since you Joe supporters think he's in his right mind, what do you do with this? If he can still think, he's a cold blooded liar. No matter what you think of Trump, Joe just out lied him.
