The facts and quotes in this article would make a good campaign ad exposing Trump's cruelty and hypocrisy.

Joe Biden spoke today in Chicago and said the following:
Most of them have opposed everything I’ve done. Most of them want to get rid of it all, but they don’t hesitate to take credit for it.

I tell you what, there’s that senator — he’s a hell of a football coach in Alabama — who is now the senator from Alabama — Tuberville — who strongly opposed the legislation that now he’s hailing its passage. He voted against the legislation. He says, “Great to see Alabama receive critical funds to boost ongoing broadband efforts.” End of quote. I told him I’ll see him at the groundbreaking.

Can you see why the second paragraph is unclear as to who said what? Speakers, especially public speakers, sometimes have say the punctuation aloud for purposes of clarifications.

BS. Spoken language should be much easier to understand than written. In written, you rely on "only" one sense. the reading comprehension of the receiver. Oral language can be given verbal cues, stops, and other signs where written language has to put them in. You lose about half the understanding in written than you do verbal. Through facial recognition, gestures, and many other things.

I don't think so. Some people do better hearing information than reading information. For others it's the opposite. For example, it is much easier for me to read and understand German or Spanish than it is to hear it being said.

For example if you were to say aloud, "in written, you rely on only one sense", you would need to indicate air quotes to modify "only" or do what Biden does say "quote only unquote".

Just go with the stuttering excuse for Biden’s mental issues. Nobody believes either one, but the stuttering nonsense doesn’t need two paragraphs of explanation.

Curt wasn't trying to explain Biden's "stuttering nonsense".

    Didn't say he was, Donna.
