'Never in our Country's history has there been a time where law enforcement has been so viciously and violently involved in the life and times of politics in our Nation,' Trump wrote.

'A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever-important midterm elections.

'My rights, together with the rights of all Americans, have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our Country,' he added.

The issue that has the right all agog...

...even, ESPECIALLY, GOPs who are anti-Trump, is the concern that Trump's Bill of Rights rights were violated by the sloppily written Search Warrant.

Over here on this side, we care about individual liberty...even those of us who don't support Trump, despise the way that Big Brother dweeb handled the collection of the documents.

I, for one, wouldn't give out any information at all. Just let it happen. I know both sides use this for the media circus so one side can bury it, and the other side uses it. If I would say soon, the wheels are in motion and in a couple of days, there's going to be trapped swamp rats floating to the surface.

This could be big! Even bigger than his promised defamation lawsuit against CNN for referring to The Big Lie and calling Trump a liar.

Of course "motion" is rather ambiguous. A bowel movement could be referred to as a motion.

Challenging a Search Warrant is, I think, a fairly mundane thing.

For the lawyers, it's pretty big.

They'll start with a motion to dismiss. That "shouldn't?" work. Then they start picking apart predicate acts to see what pieces are allowed and which ones aren't.

I've pretty much laid out my thoughts on this. I would go initially that it was illegal because Trump was working with the National Achieves to get the items back and at most may have been a subpoena.

Prosecution may have to let out exactly what they were looking for. What crimes were involved and why the exigency. All of this is to see how the prosecution is going to run their case and what they're going to charge. Along with, like I've said, the predicate acts are and how they fulfill the charges.

No charges yet? They gots lots of 'splainin' to do.
