Let's all make it habit to call HtS that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap. For a number of reasons it's an entirely appropriate sobriquet.
Feckless means irresponsible. HtS, that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap, is certainly irresponsible in his repeating of debunked claims and conspiracy theories.
As for dementia-ridden, well why not? There is a no evidence he doesn't have dementia. He certainly has a learning disability. He insists on stating that which has been repeatedly disproved.
As for piece of crap, we need a colorful, memorable noun to connect those adjectives.
