People who say they are voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are probably low-information voters.

If the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom of California is defeated by a greater-than-expected margin, the Republicans only have themselves to blame.

Republican front-runner Larry Elder as well as Donald Trump and others of the Republican Party have been saying before the election even happened that the election is rigged. Republicans are probably looking at public and internal polling and are preemptively into face saving mode, but it is ultimately self-defeating to say that the election is rigged to explain an anticipated loss.

The only people who are likely to believe that the election is rigged would be people who are predisposed to vote Yes on the recall. But if you believe that your voice and vote won't matter there's not much incentive to actually cast a vote.

It's like a coach telling his team before the big game that the referees are biased and dishonest or that the team doesn't stand a chance against their opponent. The team is unlikely to give an all-out effort.

Trump lost by more than 2-1 in California. Between the Dems' shenanigans and the built in advantages they have, they'll win, even though Newsom is a loser.

So by "loser" you mean that Newson will be the winner. We'll know tonight maybe.

The election has been called by CNN for "No", meaning that Newsom wins retaining his job. It seems like Elder and the "Yes" forces are losing big. I still think that GOP is crazy to tell their voters that voting is rigged and fraudulent.

Less than an hour ago, "NO" had 68%. A landslide. I'm not surprised. California is as blue as Mississippi is red.

68% of Californians were part of the shenanigans.
