Let me just say this about that and let me make this perfectly clear. I voted for Haley in the Pennsylvania primary. I won't vote for Trump under any circumstances. Still, Trump's only real problem in 024 is that, in the primaries, 20% of GOP voters are voting for Haley.
IMO, Trump's too much of a narcissist to pick a strong personality, especially a female, to be his Veep.
OTOH, if he's convinced that he needs Haley to win?...
I'm remembering 1980. Bush 1 gave Reagan about as much a run for his money for the GOP nomination as Haley did Trump in 024. Reagan invited Bush to join the ticket. They became the Dream Team, leading a united party to the polls. FYI, I voted for Carter.
