The some of the people who Lincoln spoke of and who I am talking about are the people who believe Trump is an unfairly maligned victim of the justice system. This is for the people who believed Trump when he said, "with the exception of the late, great Abraham Lincoln, I can be more presidential than any president that's ever held this office."
For those who whine that it is unprecedented in presidential history that Trump is the subject of multiple investigations and court cases, what did you expect? For his entire career, Trump has been sued for ripping off his contractors and suppliers and his customers hundreds of times. No other past president has been hauled into court like Trump because no other past president broke and bent the law like Trump.
For those who think it's outrageous that the FBI came into Mar-a-Lago with search warrants to collect boxes of classified documents taken from the White House, consider who they were dealing with. Trump carted off dozens of boxes of classified information that he had no business taking. Last June the FBI issued a subpoena for the missing documents. Trump turned over some but not all them. Trump is notorious for delaying justice with legal roadblocks and stall tactics. This time the FBI didn't screw around with Trump. It was an issue of national security that required prompt action.
