(You may now ignore the push poll that The Trafalgar Group conducted which was posted elsewhere in The Post. This poll did not use loaded political terms).

Majorities also believe that the constitutional right to abortion should be protected.

The new polling finds:
A majority of voters support the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA)—a bill to protect abortion rights and access in every state.
• 61% of voters nationally support passage of a national law that would protect the constitutional right to access abortion by creating a nationwide safeguard against bans and medically unnecessary restrictions on abortion. That law is WHPA. This includes:
• 82% of Democrats
• 60% of independents
• 39% of Republicans
• 62% of swing voters
• 63% of suburban women
• Across the country, majorities of women, men, voters of color, white voters, and voters across generations favor WHPA.

● Majorities of women, men, voters of color, white voters, and across generations say that it is a BIG concern that 24 states are likely to ban abortion completely if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

This is consistent with recent polls by FOX, Monmouth, NBC and others. See second link.

    Curt,

This, I think, is where your Swampcultist SwampMedia gets you in trouble...at the ballot box.

The word coming out to people who consume SwampMedia news is that the WHPA merely makes Roe the law of the land.

But, as even conservative SwampMedia, like Fox, is reporting, with a beating drum, the bill would make abortion legal, without restriction, to the moment of birth.

Your problem is that in purple places, when a GOP candidate says that the Dem either voted for or supports a bill that would make abortion legal, without restriction, up to the moment of birth...

...in purple states or congressional districts the Dem has to dig out of a deep hole.

So, you're attacking the Trafalgor poll. Fine. Are you suggesting that 61% of Americans support no restrictions on abortion to the moment a baby is born?

Politically, I hope all you Blue MAGAS believe that...

...and shout it from the mountaintops!

I am suggesting nothing more than what people have told pollsters including this question asked by Fox News.

"Which of the following statements best describes your view on abortion? Abortion should always be legal. Abortion should be legal most of the time. Abortion should be illegal except under certain circumstances, such as rape, incest, and to save the life of the mother. Abortion should always be illegal."

Only 11% answered FOX pollsters that abortion should always be illegal. (See my second link above)
