This is an outline following Kimberly Snyder's Beauty Detox Solution. It is focused on eating light to heavy, making sure you get all vital nutrients through fruits, vegetables, grains, fats and protein sources.
On average, you should aim for: 3 servings of fruit/day, 4-6 veggies/day, couple servings of grains/day, meat up to 4x a week (best at dinner), and 2 fat servings a day- {1serving = 1oz nuts or a small avocado} (if not trying to lose weight). Try and get as many leafy greens in your day as possible!
